According to the GDPR of Brazil (LGPD), whenever we manage personal information of applicants and change the use we make of this data, we need to communicate this change, in order to comply with the principle of transparency.
In this way, when assigning the candidate to a job posting that they did not apply spontaneously, we are precisely changing the initial objective and, therefore, we need to send an invitation email so that they can freely express whether or not they want to proceed with the selection process. In addition, with this invitation, they can edit their application data for this new vacancy, as well as choose to withdraw and not participate in the process of this new job posting.
